Public and applicant services

Concerns and case tracking are open to everyone. Registry modules, records and reports require an account issued by a KPC System Administrator.

Utility crossing / NOC

Apply for a No Objection Certificate to cross or work near the KPC pipeline corridor. Applicant accounts are issued by KPC — sign in to start.
